By this trick, you can add blank rows in a table after a regular interval. You can manage big data with this easily. You want to make the group of 3 days or 7 days and want to insert blank rows.

You can add a column by (Ctrl+ +sign), Sr. No   (=cell+1).

I have entered 7.1 and then add 7 in this formula, because I need 7 days gap. If you need 3 days gap you can add 3 in the formula. After that, you have to apply the filter and then you can see blank rows are added in the data. In the last step, you can remove the sr. no column and your data are ready now.
